Meet the Baker Behind Almond Dust
Hi! I’m Dani. Macarons are my canvas, and bold flavors are my passion. I love pushing the boundaries of tradition, drawing inspiration from Asian spices, tropical fruits, and unexpected pairings that surprise and delight.
My journey began at the French Pastry School, where I honed the art of classic French baking. Almond Dust is the realization of my dream—a place where time-honored techniques meet vibrant, modern flavors to create something truly unique.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me traveling the world with my daughter, discovering new cultures, and (more often than not) enjoying something spicy.
